TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Full payment on auction day by cash, certified funds, PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. 5% buyers premium.  There is a 3% convenience fee for credit card purchases.        A $200.00 non-refundable cash deposit will be collected on each car, pickup, or van as it is sold. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final        Garner & Associated Auctioneers collects all sales tax and title fees. Titles will not be processed until checks clear.        All announcements on the auction block take precedence over any printed material or oral statements made.
